  • The Zola B. Travel Experience does not issue refunds for any reason. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. The agreements with suppliers worldwide will not allow me to obtain any refunds, therefore, I cannot issue to the traveler.

    All travelers sign a travel disclosure agreeing to our terms, and also agreeing to purchase Cancel for Any Reason travel insurance to protect their investment.

  • Typically, for short trips lasting 3-5 days, it's advisable to book our services at least 30-45 days in advance. For longer trips spanning 6 days or more, I recommend booking at least 90 days in advance.
